The Tod's Vespa Helmet

Luxury brands are always expanding their collections to include a wide range of outdoor gear. Last year we mentioned the luxe Segway and snow board designed by Chanel, now we have Tod's Vespa bike helmets. Like their shoes, the collection is expertly crafted with a tough leather exterior while buttery glove leather lines the interior. Just drive carefully. It would be a major bummer to trash such a lovely piece of safety equipment.  PS: Catch our secret Tod's sale that starts tomorrow, 11:00 AM.

A Short Film by Karl Lagerfeld

Karl Lagerfeld shot a short film to promote Chanel's pre-Spring / Summer Collection called, “Vol de Jour”. The piece features models Lara Stone and Baptiste Giabiconi as Chanel loving shop lifters. Warning, don't try to recreate the robberies shown - we are certain that in real life the luxury retailer has staff in each boutique.

Chanel Snowboard & Skis

At one time all phones were black (and had cords and were rotaries!), and skis were made of plain lacquered wood. Chanel, the fashion power house which is known for reinventing their staple looks is bringing back the old school styling of the original skis for their winter sports collection. The result is a clean, chic look that purists,  fashion mavens, and label fanatics will love.
