The one retailer I heart almost as much as ideeli is Barneys. And today, if your bank account allows you can save up to 40% off regular prices at their Designer Sale. Pick up a few pretty things for me.
That is correct, Dame Elizabeth Taylor uses Twitter. She may be confined to a hospital bed in Los Angeles, California, but she tweets regularly to her fans. The 77-year-old actress, who has "fallen in love" with the site according to her publicist, has been admitted to the hospital for a "routine" visit. She joked with her 20,000-plus followers that she missed her puppy and even asked one to smuggle it past security. We are standing by to see if the fan follows her command.
We normally don't report "hard" news, but there were a few odd events that caught our eye over the holiday weekend.
- Kevin Bacon was mugged in midtown NYC
- Starbucks was bombed (sort of...)
- ....And Jesus was spotted in Hollywood, on Fountain and Crescent Heights.

Actress Demi Moore has posted photos of herself missing a front tooth on Twitter. Ashton Kutcher's main squeeze can be seen wearing sunglasses in four pictures with a gap in her smile. She took the photos at the dentist where she was having it replaced. She told one Twitter follower: "Happy to share and always appreciate the opportunity to find humility!!! Or at least be able to laugh at myself!". Note to Demi, you spelt humility incorrectly in your tweet.
There comes a point in one’s life where you must contain the crazy. What may have looked chic on you 20 years ago, may look totally batty or worse, cheap and out-dated now. Case in point, the fuchsia fiasco Kylie Minogue is wearing. When in doubt Miss Minogue, go for a demure look as shown here on Dita Von Teese. It is better to look a tad coy on the red carpet instead of coquettishly kooky. Both pictures were taken last night at the Dolce & Gabbana party at Le Baoly, Port Canto during the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival.<
