1. First, start with liquid liner or gel liner. Using an angled brush, start from the inner eye & begin to draw a thin line gradually along the lash line.

2. Once you begin to get to the outer edge of the lash line, draw an upward wing, extending the line upwards toward your temple.

3. Work your way to the outer edge of your eye to create the wing tip, gradually increasing the line to get a little thicker at the outer edges. This will help to create a more dramatic look.

4. If your cat-eye looks a little messy, have no fear! Simply take a pointy Q-tip and a little makeup remover and brush over the edge of the cat-eye to make your point more precise.

New to cat-eye? Skip the liquid liner and opt for a gel liner with an angle brush. This gives you more control and creates less of a mess.
