When we need a wardrobe pick-me-up, nothing quite does it like street style pics of our favorite celebs. But what's a fashionista to do to achieve these looks--on a budget? What wouldn't we give to fit into Blake Lively's traveling pants. She's a classic California blonde. You know the type, leggy, tall, and positively gorgeous. While we met her in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Blake really embodied the fashion-forward socialite we all know and love in her role as Serena Van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl.
