"I started my own line of wrap skirts in 2001 while still a student at FIT," Ravon designer and mastermind Von Vonni shares. "The inspiration for the Convertible Dress came from both Grecian dresses and just draping and playing around with fabric on a mannequin." And the rest, as they say, is history. This dress does not fit everyone. Tried it on in the shorter version. Im 5'2" 130 lb. 36C cup could not get it over my chest or past my hips that are about 30 width at the hips.

I loved the long ravon dresses but unfortunately the green one was sold out. Will you have any more of the long ones for sale again in the upcoming months?

Just received my dress today (long version) and I LOVE it! The fabric is stunning and the fit so lovely! I'm curvy, but it just make my body look stunning! Thank you all so much, it is breathtaking!!! Can't wait to get more colors.
I just received my short red wrap dress and I believe it is the long one, as it doesn't look like the short one shown in the video, way too much fabric. Other than it perhaps being the wrong dress, there were no instructions included in the box. When I contacted Ideeli I was told to view this video for instructions. I have to say I am really disappointed in the video, it is not helpful at all. It is more of a commercial/endorsement for his dress than any real instructions. It would be much more helpful to have a pamphlet describing the different wraps or perhaps a CD that show them all from the very beginning instead of when the dress is already on the model.

I was going to purchase the long green mod convertible dress but it sold out before I could. I joined the waiting list but any other time I've joined a waiting list I never received an email notifying me that more were available. I REALLY want this dress and can't find it anywhere. Any help??

Why does it say that the Ravon convertible dresses go on sale today but it isn't showing up as being on sale?
I wish I had read this blog here about the dress before I purchased it. Why no instructions - come on the video is horrible and I cant take my desktop to my closet on the second floor to figure how to wear the darn thing. Crazy not to have a pamphet with this dress. Now I have to send it back as it is pointless without instructions.

I have to agree with the previous posts concerning the lack of any information as to how to wear the ravon dress. I received mine today and was shocked that there was no "how to" included. It would have been appreciated if ideeli mentioned this during the sale, I still would have purchased, but you have to know that that is information customers want to and should be aware of.
I missed the convertible dress sale! I'm new to ideeli and I'm still trying to get the hang of it. Will there be another ravon sale soon?? How can I find out when it will be back? Those dresses were beautiful and I'm desperate to get my hands on one!
I received the long dress however, it does not come with instruction and the video doesn't show you how to do the different styles. Is there some where I can get a step by step instruction manual?

I love my new wrap dress (long blue floral)... The only negative thing I have to say is that it can't be worn with a bra, at least not very easily. My 36DD girls really do look better with a little more support. Anyway, I was looking for other (more affordable) versions, because I've decided I need a short black one and found the next thing you NEED to offer. You need to offer a jersey wrap pantsuit!!! During my search I can across one for a mere $300+ and have been in love with pantsuits for about 20 years. Just a tiny added note, which I'm sure you're aware of, after selling hundreds of these dresses... After viewing the original You Tube instructional video there are additional videos that are much more helpful that scroll across the bottom of the screen. However, an instruction pamphlet would be helpful too. Thank You!
