After hitting the streets of Japan in leopard panties, Lady Gaga has officially become a junior member of the Eccentric Glamour Club.  This unofficial organization (that exists mainly in my mind) also includes the late Isabella Blow, editor Anna Piaggi, Lynn Yaeger, and of course grand dame Grace Jones.  However, we just don't understand why Ms Gaga has Perez Hilton constantly at her heels during this tour. We are certain she can find a better accessory to tote around.
