Sure we all had to tighten our belts this year- but 2009 was a shop-tastic year for fashion forward gals. The past 12 months will be remembered as the year of "no holds barred" style from 80's redux, biker chic, and elegant glam. 2009 was also the year of the sale where stores slashed prices earlier in the season and online sites similar to ideeli, the first online sample sale site in the USA,  offered up an abundance of cherry picked fashions at a deep discount. Sigh, I am dabbing away tears of shopping joy right now. However, all good things must come to an end.
