He's a great doctor and looks NOTHING like that strange picture.

Actually it is him. His edible caramel cape is hiding quite a bit except his belt shaped penis. Also, he has had his face "diamond faceted" to reflect visible light (like the stealth reflects radar) so you probably have to squint to recognize him.
